This avoids the need to open the existing file manager which can be slow with lots of assets.
General application notes:
It is important to note using dev path will cause some cross platform issues because you’ll end up with a hard coded path.
To avoid this you can copy the application into the [YOURCONFIGNAME]/install/apps/manual/ directory and use:

You must have the python-api installed for shotgun!
Folders should exist for assets/shots you want to change workspaces into.
You must uncomment and change the lines in the python/lib/CONST.py file to be the correct information for your shotgun setup!
Adding to the asset_step and shot_step:
Download the releases manually for now until I figure out how to get a github release working in the yml.
It refuses to work for me at this time.
